Teach real students in two yoga classes each day. Learn how to set up the breath work, standing poses, spine work, floor poses, and final rest.
Comprehensive Posture Clinics
Study anatomy, body movement, and safe pose form. Then use those skills as you teach your first class to a room of students.
Complete Dialogue Mastery
Learn what to say and when to say it. Use clear key words to guide students into each pose, hold it with care, and come out with control.
