Teaching Hot Yoga in Portugal After Certification

Lisbon and Porto have international residents, wellness travelers and remote workers who may support English-language classes. Smaller cities without a regular 26&2 timetable may offer an opportunity, but demand should be tested before committing to a permanent heated room.

Portugal's IPDJ states that yoga activities are excluded from the specific fitness-technician regime under Law 39/2012. That does not mean an overseas certificate automatically resolves every professional requirement. Your arrangement may still involve employer standards, insurance, tax registration, venue rules, contracts and general business obligations.
